....First World Hypocrisy in Cricket....
This is the second incident in a couple of weeks where the hypocrisy of the first world has come to the fore. Firstly, the incident in Srilanka, where the South African team, without any whine or reason, just packed its bag and left, inspite of assurances from LTTE that they shall not attack any cricket matches (their terror is mainly targeted against Srilankan Police). The South African team says got a threat from an Youth League of the LTTE (by the way which is not known to exist), and hence had to evacuate and fly back. This is absolutely unacceptable. Think what would have happened to Indian players, who are stars and are better known in that region. The ICC didnt take any action against this issue, which is ridiculous and shows their ineptitude to deal with this issues.
Secondly, the incident regarding the ball tampering by Pakistan players. The umpire who is supposed to mediate the game and hold up its regards, takes action in a haste. He is first alteast supposed to inform the fielding team captain about the status of the ball and also warn them that stern action shall be taken if tampering (if any was done) was to continue. Instead, in a haste, he just directly takes matter into his own hand and the incident continues (it has been well documented in cricinfo.com, so i dont want to elaborate on it). My main point it that the umpire thinks Asians are third rate and anything can be done, for which he shall not get punished. The umpire must get his due.
The main important thing here is that the rulers of the game and the first wold people think they are in a position from which whatever they do is appropriate and the others wrong. Which I completely disagree with. These people have to be taught manners as well as to how to respect other people and their culture.
Lastly I would like to complete the blog by saying
"Hypocrisy is always in hand in hand with power, so with power shifting the people shall take revenge. This shall become a never ending cycle. Respect other people."

Independence Day...

So, finally I too have created a blog site to put my views online.. This site is dedicated to everthing under the sun which occurs.. n my concerns about the life on earth as a whole.
Today, I shall start of with the title Independence day.
What is Independence. Well i know its a very big question and requires a lot of thinking.. But for ppl as they think, well we got our freedom from the Britishers (me being an Indian), but have we really broken the shackles of those passed on by them. But even though we have bcome independent from the Britishers, our politicians still exploit us in the same way as it used to be in the previous era..

Finally i would like to finish this blog by saying that

" Independence is by freedom of thoughts and not by anything else"
